Kurkure production line
Kurkure/Cheetos/Niknak/Corn Curls are special extruded snacks, very crunchy and great in taste. They are made by a special extrusion process. The corn grits are moisturized in the flour mixer with water and fed to the rotary head extruder. In the extruder, due to the two rotary plates, the corn grits are squeezed and twisted to curls shapes. The cutting knives can cut into required lengths. The Kurkure/Cheetos are fried in cooking oil or toasted in oven and then cooled before flavoring. Seasoning is sprayed on the surface to achieve different favorable tastes. Due to the delicious flavors and nutrition, it is quite popular with consumers.
Kurkure extruder
The twin-screw extruder is made of the feeding system, extruding system cutting system,
heating system,transmit system,cooling system and controlling system.
The machine barrel adopts the heating system to cook the product.The barrel and interior of the screw adopts the water-cooling system to control the stable temperature and the product quality.
Kurkure fryer
It can be classified into Electric fryer,Diesel burning fryer and Gas burning fryer 3 types according to the energy supply. The belt and the heat preservation is adopted food grade stainless steel. Digital frequency conversion control belt speed to reach different product demand.
The process to start successful pasta business
1.Raw material
Semolina,wheat flour,corn flour,potato starch,corn starch etc.
2.Final product
Single-screw Kurkure processing line adopts the wheat flour, corn starch and potato starch as the raw material then form a kind of leisure food after extruding, slaking, forming and frying.

5.Production process
Every parts of the machine is the best quality.Every step of the production will be done by the experienced and professional worker.
9.Packaging &shipping
1. Packing: The product will be packed into wooden case, then into containers.
2. Transportation: According to what the buyer's requirement, we provide transport agent, buyer pay the transfer fee.
10.Production period
The machine will be delivered from factory during 20 working days after receive the buyer's advance payment.

11.Quality guarantee
The quality of equipment will be guaranteed for one year based on correct operation of buyer.
12.Testing & training
The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be free at no cost. But the buyer should be responsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, accommodation, and US$70/day per person for the pocket money to our technicians.
