1. Introduction of microwave vacuum sintering furnace:
Kejia Microwave high vacuum and high temperature research furnace is a kind of standardized
and multifunctional microwave high temperature research equipment. It is typically used for high
vacuum and high temperature sintering, R&D, low temperature and small batch production of
several materials for colleges, universities, research institutes, technology R&D centers, etc.
Especially, it provides more accurate atmosphere control for sample experiments which susceptible
to atmosphere pollution. It also can be applied in protective gas, weak reducing gas and under
positive pressure. The furnace is featured of rapid sintering, high efficiency, versatile, etc.
2. Structure of microwave vacuum sintering furnace :
Kejia microwave high vacuum and high temperature research furnace consists of microwave cavity,
microwave generation system, high vacuum system, insulation system, crucibles, atmosphere control
system, electronic control system, infrared pyrometer, mobile platform, etc.
3. Main technical specifications of microwave vacuum sintering furnace

4) Atmosphere system: 10-3 pa vacuum, oxidizing, protective or weak reducing atmosphere

4. Main features of microwave vacuum sintering furnace :
1) Using dual microwave energy feeding, which make microwave field in furnace
cavity is uniform and stable, no hotspot generated inside the sintered product.
2) Adopting two stage vacuum system double atmosphere control system that provide
high vacuum or accurate atmosphere condition for sample experiments.
3) Stepless adjustment of microwave output power that realizes accurate temperature control profile.
4) Using imported high precision infrared pyrometer to measure the sample temperature directly.
5) Adopting two set of operating systems, i.e. touch screen + PC-based KINGVIEW which is convenient for users to process data, and it provides manual
and automatic operating mode which can be freely switched.
6) It can process several kinds of materials of different microwave properties and has
excellent versatility.
7) Incorporated with anti-corrosive exhaust to quickly discharge the gas generated from
heating process.
8) Real-time display of temperature profile which can realize the dynamic monitoring of heating process.
9) Safety and reliability: Adopting industrial grade water-cooled microwave generation system which can allow 24 hours operation uninterruptedly.
Microwave leakage level of the equipment is far lower than the international standard, which
only equals to mobile phone‘s radiation level. It is equipped with its own microwave anti- leakage alarm device and safety interlock, the microwave generator will be cut off automatically or
manually when microwave leakage is over standard.
5. Main application fields of : microwave vacuum sintering furnace
1) Sintering of copper- and iron-based powder metallurgy products and carbide alloy products: Cu-C electric brush; Fe-based gear; WC-Co cutting tool; Alnico, SmCo, and NdFeB hard
magnetic alloys; Fe-based amorphous; Fe-based nanocrystalline; FeCuNbSiB, etc.
2) Sintering of oxides, nitrides, carbides, and ceramic composite materials, etc.
Al2O3, ZrO, MgO, AlN, Si3N4, SiC, SiAlON, MgAlON.
3) Preparation of functional materials
Sintering of ceramic magnetic materials, such as strontium, barium ferrite, Mn-Zn-Ni-Zn ferrite, gyromagnetic ferrite, etc.; calcining of nano powder prepared by sol-gel; synthesis of nano powders such as phosphor, glaze, lithium battery, etc.; synthesis
and sintering of ferroelectric, piezoelectric, and thermal dielectric materials.
