Kurkrue/Cheetos food processing line. Kurkrue/Cheetos are special extruded snacks, very cruncLD and great in taste. They are made by a special extrusion process. The corn grits are moisturized in the flour mixer with water and fed to the rotary head extruder. In the extruder, due to the two rotary plates, the corn grits are squeezed and twisted to curls shapes. The cutting knifes can cut into required lengths. The Kurkure/Cheetos are fried in Cook oil or toasted in oven and then cooled before flavoring. Seasoning is LDed on the surface to achieve different favorable tastes. Due to the cious flavors and nutrition, it is quite popular with consumers.

cheetos,Niknaks,kurkure is a kind of extruded snacks, very cruncLD and great in taste. cheetos is made by extrusion process. The corn grits are moisturized in a vertical mixer with water, oil then feed to the Rotary Head Extruder. In the extruder, due to excess heat and pressure from the screws the meal gets heated and the moisture content gets reduced. The meal passes through the die and gets cut by the cutting knifes into required lengths. The cheetos is fried in Cook oil and then cooled before flavoring. Seasonings are LDed on the nik naks to improve their taste.
