Breif introduction

Core filling can take chocolate, cheese and cream as stuffing materials, which can be mixed with yoLD, milk powder, and gingili sauce. We can feed the stuffing into extrusion food just before it is extruded from extruder by core filler. This kind of core-filling food tastes crisp and cious, such as core-filling pillow, tube and wafer. Core-filling food processing line can use corn, rice and other grain as main materials.

1. Filled expanded snack is one kind of puffed . This kind of snack is mainly made by extrusion and bake. So it has the advantages of Crispymouthfeel, full-bodied rice fragrance, low fat content and low sugar degree.

2. Our filled expanded snack processing lines extruders are twin-screw extruder. The raw material of screws is 38CrMoAl.

Mixer: used for mixing all raw materials and adding appropriate water, to make the raw materials uniform.
	Screw conveyor: used for conveying raw materials, self-finished product and finished product between the other machineryries.
Twin-screw extruder: used for extruding and shaping. Except expanded filled snack, this extruder can make the unfilled expanded snack as well.
	Filling machinery: used for filling stuffing (ie. cream, chocolate, jam, peanut butter) inside of the snack.
Cuttingmachinery: cutting mould, traction roller and blade’s interaction can make different shapes and sizes expanded filled snack.
	Hoister: used for conveying raw materials, self-finished product and finished product between the other machineryries.
Dryer: our dryers’ heating power source can be electricity, gas-fired burner (bakeur, Italy), or oil-fired burner (bakeur, Italy). It is up to users’ local power situation. Our suggestion is electrical dryer, its heating in different parts is balanced.
	Flavoring hoister: used for hoisting expanded filled snack and adding seasoner. (2) Oil LDer, used for LDing oil on the surface of expanded filled snack, make sticLD seasoner easier. (3) Single drum, used for mixing expanded filled snack and seasoner (ancilLD use with flavoring hoister).
