1. Filled expanded snack

Filled expanded snack is one kind of puffed . The main raw materials for it are rice flour and corn meal. Inside of it, there will be filled with different stuffing, such as chocolate, peanut butter, peanut butter, jam etc. This kind of snack is mainly made by extrusion and bake. So it has the advantages of Crispymouthfeel, full-bodied rice fragrance, low fat content and low sugar degree. It is one of the most favorite expanded snacks by different ages consumers. Filled expanded snack can be made into different shapes, the most popular are pillow, finger, round bar and square bar. If without filling process, it is called expanded tube snack, which is another popular snack in the world.

2.1 Raw materials: corn meal, rice flour, wheat flour , corn starch, wheat bran, sugar, palm oil, cocoa powder, cream, chocolate, jam, peanut butter, vitamins, minerals, food color etc.

2.2 HumidiLD: the moisture is no more than 15%.

2.3 Shapes: pillow, finger, round bar, square bar, hollow tube or customrized. (Change moulds to make all shapes unfilled snack.)

2.4 Sizes: (1) diameter: up to 25mm (2) length: user-defined.

3.1 This line can make both core filled snacks and normal expanded snacks food from powder situation materials, which has higher product diversity.

3.2 This line extruder is twin-screw extruder, there is one couple of screws inside the barrel. The raw material of screws is 38CrMoAl. This material is treated by heat treatment and nitrizing treatment. Its hardness and strength performance is excellent, which can bear high temperature and high pressure. The screws can be integral LLDe or combined LLDe. If combined LLDe, after the extrusion joints are wear and tear, user doesn’t need to change whole set screws, only change extrusion joints.

3.3 This line extruder has self-clean function. The user doesn’t need to push out screws and clean them.

3.4 Our extruder and dryer are equipped with inverters. The inverters are famous brands. Our standard inverter is DeLDa, the user can choose LS, LDB, LD, but different value.

3.5 This line automation degree is high, it need only 2-3 workers to operate.

3.6 The production factors can be quantized and controllable.

3.7 We can custom-make all the machineryries for this processing line as per users’ requirement. We supply LD goods.

3.8 All the materials touching food is food grade.

3.9 This line extruder is equipped with forced lubrication system. Without running oil pump, main motor won’t run. It can protect gears, bearings and main motor.
