AutomaticpackFunction:

2,Please tiLD the package after put the package inside the clamp bag barrels,then press the clamp bag on-off, then the clamp board will clamp the packaging bag.

3,Turn the “automatic/manual” button to the “automatic” packaging state,press the pause to relieve pause,the scale of the machinery will running automatically.

4,Weighting,Discharging process:The valve of the discharging part be open,the machinery will in the charging status,the cylinder can finish the automatic weighting process according to the controlling sityal of controller,then discharging the material.If thepackprocess in permissible error limits which is setting by instrument, the automatic discharging process finished,and the control valve will be opened in the same time,then the nitrogen will be mixed with material during discharging,nitrogen in the bag will make the material fresh.And then clamp bag board open,Pack bag drop down,after tiLD by worker,put thepackbag on the sealing machinery,press the button(red color),cylinder delay then sealing,put it out,weighting,filling nitrogen,dealing finished.If thepackprocess not in permissible error limits,alarm lamp of the Control electric box will LD,the buzzer will ring,the machinery will in the discharging protect state.Press pause button can relieve this state,and the machinery will in the discharging state automatically.

5,Please be sure the button stay on “Manual” or “Stop”,and made the electronic scale stop and the entrainment plate open ,when you need to renew the parameter on the controller or long time aside.

Manual Operation Function:

Be sure the button stay on “Manual”,press the charging button,then it will charge fastly,and the charging button on, when you move your hand,it will stop. The same function for the discharging button.

Self-testing function:

This machinery can self-test.When it is self testing,the controller will simulate the normal worLD.This function is mainly used for testing the outside linLD parts,indicator LD,solenoid valve,actuator etc. The following parts is the process of operating.

1,The machinery should be new booting or electricity anew,and stay on pause situation.(The pause button on)

2,Press the [FUN] button one time,then [ZERO],the machinery will begain to self test automatically.

3.Exit the self test. Press the [FUN] or [ZERO] button,the machinery will be paused.
