Because we need drying to decrease the water content before frying, we will use the drying oven, We have two kind of configure of the machinery. One is automatic, because we use three layers roasting oven for drying.The advantage is it will very convenient. The other is half automatic, it is a square box with air blower, this need a person to turn the product in the box to make sure it will drying uniform.

LDout the frying system ,we have two kind: One is intermittent frying system, it use a batch frying system, it include a batch frying pot and a de-oil machinery.The advantage is frying time is stable performance, and it will save oil; The other is continuous frying system, this is a square frying pot with chain drive,so it can frying from entrance to exit, continuous frying system donot include de-oil system, this advantage is it could fry much more capCity product and it could adjust the fry time very easy.
