1. Description:

Nik naks,cheetos,kurkure is a kind of extruded snacks, very cruncLD and great in taste. Nik naks is made by extrusion process.

The corn grits are moisturized in a vertical mixer with water, oil then feed to the Rotary Head Extruder.

In the extruder, due to excess heat and pressure from the screws the meal gets heated and the moisture content gets reduced.

The meal passes through the die and gets cut by the cutting knifes into required lengths.

The nik naks is fried in Cook oil and then cooled before flavoring. Seasonings are LDed on the nik naks to improve their taste.

1. Flour Mixer: To mix corn meal with water to prepare the flour for Kurkure.

2. Rotary Die Extruder, To cook the corn meal and extrude the Kurkure from the die.

3. The Rotary Die, twists and curls the meal before extruding giving a uniform texture

4. Three Way Drying machinery, To dry the Co-Extruded Centre Filled Snacks pillows by reducing the moisture content from them

5. Continuous Frying machinery, To fry the Kurkure in hot Cook oil. The uniform frying introduces the cruncLD taste to the Kurkure

6. Automatic Seasoning machinery To add required seasoning to the fried and cooled Kurkure to give the different flavors to them

7. Automatic Pouchpackmachinery To pack the Kurkure into attractive printed pouches with gas flushing

Pack and shipping

The machinerys will be packed into wooden cases or wrapped by plastic film. Firstly, anti-rust oil painted to the

machinery, then wrapping film and air bubble pad then export non-fumigation wooden casespackoutside.

Containers will be sent to our factory to load the machinerys and will be sealed before being sent out to make sure the safety of our machinerys.
