The TiLDing jam mixer/industrial Cook pot/double jacket kettle with mixer can cook around 100~120kgs once. The variable mixing speeds can meet different kinds of Cook processes and make work more efficient. In addition, the mixing scrapers touch the bowl thoroughly avoids burning and make food pretLD and take.

In addition,the jam Cook pot is made of 304 stainless steel both inside and outside and have smooth and shiny appearance.

It can be manually tiLDed by using a handle on the side or tiLDed automatically make it easier and safer to pour the materials into the pot.

Generally the jam Cook pot is equipped with pressure gauge, temperature sensor, steam inlet, steam outlet, steam trap and safety valve.
